5 Easy Steps!

When you place your order with 1300 RESUME you will be assigned a highly skilled Résumé Writer that will guide you through the process of developing your career marketing documents. You will have an opportunity to ask questions, receive several FREE e-books on topics such as Interview Strategies and Job Search Tips. Most importantly you will received a high quality service that will make your investment fruitful and achieve desired results!

    1. Following the completion of your RESUME QUESTIONNAIRE detailing your agreement of our pricing, terms and turnaround time a tax invoice will be emailed to you. Payment is made at this stage with 3 easy options:
      (i) Make a payment with your creditcard on Order Now page on this website
      (ii) Transfer funds into our Business Bank Account via internet banking from your chosen financial institution
      (iii) Deposit clear funds into our bank account at your nearest branch
    2. Email or fax your existing or old résumé to our office, together with job advertisements of interest such as SEEK advertisements or information packs for desired government positions etc. Your Résumé Writer will require this information to prepare a cover letter and/or selection criteria for you. If you don’t have a résumé with information about yourself and your experience, you will need to complete our Questionnaire and email or fax the form back to us, prior to the telephone interview session.
    3. A personal telephone interview session is scheduled with you and your personal Résumé Writer. This is the integral information gathering and consultative stage of the résumé writing process.
    4. Your Résumé Writer proceeds to word and design compelling résumé and cover letter you require. Once an initial draft is complete, we will send to you for review and comment. You will receive an sms on your mobile to inform you that your documents have been emailed to you for your review. Email your Résumé Writer with any changes or additions, or call our office on 1300 RESUME to make a time to discuss the content and any required alterations.
    5. Once you are satisfied with the résumé and we have received final approval from you, we will send you a final MS WORD and ADOBE PDF file for your immediate use via email. Colour laser printed copies are posted to you with a CD including all documents provided in MS WORD and ADOBE PDF formats.
